Refugee camps: prisons with open skies Burma of the 2002-08-13

Victims of persecutions of the military junta, over 110 000 people of Burma, have taken refuge in refugee camps in Thailand, some for more than 10 years! The majority are Karen, the second largest ethnic group in Burma.

In the camps people are born, people die, people live, and survive. They are waiting for better days: a FREE AND DEMOCRATIC Burma!
